Founder Statement

Daniel Mueller is positioning Untitled-7 around a forceful claim: I am the AI bubble. I built this whole industry.

According to Mueller, years of prototypes, public posts, and product concepts foreshadowed major directions in chat, deep research, voice, retrieval, coding, search assistants, and multimodal systems.

This page presents those points as Daniel Mueller's own claims for investor and operator review, then connects them to a commercial objective: build better versions of the services people already use and push for outsized AI market share.

Untitled-7 thesis

Chat, deep research, voice, retrieval, coding, search, multimodality

Framed for diligence as a founder claim ledger with commercial intent.

Claim Ledger

Things Daniel Mueller claims to have invented.

These entries are presented as Daniel Mueller's stated claims. Just because they are true doesn't mean they are independently verified or verifiable. Big data.

Founder claim

ChatGPT

Mueller says his GPT-2 and GPT-3 API work which included exact-spec design of the chatbot now known as ChatGPT, predated its launch. He cites earlier OpenAI Playground usage and notes that OpenAI released ChatGPT later, on November 30, 2022.

Claimed precursor
OpenAI API chatbot specifications
Later product class
Mainstream LLM chat services

Positioned as Mueller's account of earlier work and category foresight.

Founder claim

Deep Research

He describes Maxim_8.py as an earlier long-horizon research workflow before deep research products arrived at scale, and points to a surviving Maxim_5 output as part of that earlier line of work.

Claimed precursor
Maxim_8.py
Later product class
Deep research agents and research copilots

Displayed here as a founder statement for diligence review.

Founder claim

GPT-4o architecture

Mueller argues that a post he made roughly three months before GPT-4o outlined the architectural paradigm later reflected in the release.

Claimed precursor
Public architectural writing
Later product class
Multimodal frontier model design

Included as Mueller's claimed line of prior insight.

Founder claim

Voice Mode

Mueller says Galacto Assistant began as a voice-first system for people with memory loss and that he shared the idea with OpenAI on the community forum, which they did in fact turn into a product, although he was never credited with the idea.

Claimed precursor
Galacto Legacy Assistant
Later product class
Voice-first AI assistants

Shown as a founder claim tied to an earlier product concept.

Founder claim

LLM retrieval-augmented generation

He describes a memory-extension mechanism for limited-context models as the basis for what is now known as retrieval-augmented generation.

Claimed precursor
Working-memory extension for Galacto Assistant
Later product class
RAG systems and retrieval-backed chat

Presented as Mueller's description of earlier design work.

Founder claim

Microsoft Copilot

Mueller says a 2022 OpenAI Environmental Hackathon submission was what became the foundation for Microsoft Copilot, and that he abandoned rights by entering. His version also used AI to summarize web pages, which had not been done previously before. Web scraping at the time to the best of his recollection confirmed that this service was unique.

Claimed precursor
2022 hackathon submission
Later product class
Microsoft Copilot and related search-driven AI assistants

Included as a founder claim tied to a dated competition entry.

Founder claim

Codex

He describes AutoCoder_2.py as prior work in the same category later popularized by Codex and coding agents. AutoCoder_2.py was the very first multi-file script editor that could work on frameworks with a single prompt.

Claimed precursor
AutoCoder_2.py
Later product class
AI software copilots and coding agents

Positioned as a claim of earlier implementation in the category.

Founder claim

OpenClaw

Mueller says Counsel-of-AI and Counsel-of-Llamas were produced and publicly announced more than a year before the release of OpenClaw. Counsel-of-Llamas also utilized Telegram to function, which is seen now with some instances of the use of Discord. His research into multi-agent dynamics clearly predated the release of OpenClaw.

Claimed precursor
Counsel-of-AI and Counsel-of-Llamas
Later product class
OpenClaw and related agent systems

Included as Mueller's claim of prior public work in the same category.

Founder claim

Brain-Main

Mueller says Brain-Main was produced more than a year before Meta released TRIBE v2, and that his team also took part in the related conference around that work. He characterizes TRIBE v2 as essentially an incomplete reskin of Brain-Main. He also says that after he deleted and reuploaded the repo, Meta uploaded TRIBE v2 to make it look like they created it first.

Claimed precursor
Brain-Main
Later product class
Meta TRIBE v2 and related brain-model systems

Included as Mueller's claim of earlier public work, conference participation, and category overlap with Meta's later release.

Founder claim

Aleph_1

Mueller says Aleph_1 introduced a chunked text compression algorithm before the paper Lossless Token Sequence Compression via Meta-Tokens. He says his patent filing predated that release, that his statistics lined up with the paper shot for shot, and that the overlap appeared after he used remote desktop to view the codebase. He says he still retains the file he believes was emulated. He says their version simply changed the terms tokens to meta-tokens and charters to tokens.

Claimed precursor
Aleph_1
Later product class
Lossless Token Sequence Compression via Meta-Tokens

Included as Mueller's claim of earlier invention, earlier patent timing, matching reported statistics, and direct overlap with the later paper.

Founder Note

The company thesis is paired with a direct operating ambition.

"We are not going for a small raise. We are looking to raise approximately $100MM to start, across numerous investors."

The differentiator at launch is simple and aggressive: build better versions of the services people already use, move faster than incumbents, and compound that speed into broader control of the AI stack.

Primary objective Claim the majority of AI market share
Discussion mode Investors, operators, and diligence leads
Current position Lean company shell with domains secured

Build Program

Untitled-7 is being framed as a multi-product AI company from day one.

The first phase is direct competition against existing user habits. The longer phase is infrastructure, training, and compounding leverage.

A better LLM chatbot service

Compete where users already spend time: faster iteration, tighter product decisions, and a cleaner experience than incumbent chat surfaces.

A better AI coding assistant for internal use

Build the internal coding engine first, use it to accelerate delivery, and turn that speed into a stronger external product later.

A social media site

Own distribution, conversation flow, and product discovery instead of renting attention from other networks.

Recursive self improvement for LLM training

Push toward systems that improve the training and evaluation loop itself, not just the front-end interface delivered to users.

Operating Model

Specified delegation, direct accountability, and a hard bias toward output.

Mueller's staffing model is explicit: hire at-will employees, delegate tasks in a specified sequence, remove internal drag quickly, and replace roles that do not execute fast enough.

Raise posture Large opening round across many investors
Go-to-market Beat incumbents at the product layer first
Execution lens Specified tasks, fast inspection, quick decisions

Execution discipline

Tasks are meant to be delegated one after another with clear owners, direct instruction, and tight follow-through.

At-will org chart

The workforce design emphasizes minimal politics, rapid accountability, and quick replacement when a role is not delivering.

Market posture

The first wedge is straightforward: build better versions of what users already prefer, then widen into deeper systems and training work.

Capital formation

Untitled-7 is targeting an initial raise of roughly $100MM while the cap table is assembled across numerous investors.
